HB 632 amends Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the OCGA by adding an exception to elections in municipalities. It states that municipalities whose populations are 1,000 or less may shorten the time or advance the voting period to begin on the second Monday prior to an election runoff and shall end on the following Friday.
